We want to make ownership a special experience. Which is why we've created Acura Concierge Service. Like the fine service you would receive from a top hotel, and as a part of Acura Roadside Assistance, Acura Concierge Service provides you with:

COMPUTERIZED TRIP ROUTING
This special service includes everything you need to get a trip off on the right foot. A call to 1-800-594-8500 will provide you with a computerized trip route that includes the fastest or most scenic routes, distance between stops, route numbers projected driving time and much more. This trip package also includes a Hotel Privileges Directory plus a listing of all the Acura dealers along your route in the event you need parts or service.

In addition to the dealer locator at www.acura.com, Roadside Assistance can help you locate a dealer in your area. Call the Acura toll-free number from anywhere in the U.S. and Canada.

TRIP INTERRUPTION BENEFITS
If your vehicle is disabled more than 100 miles from home as a result of a warranty related incident, you'll be reimbursed up to $300 per day for meals, lodging or rental car. You need to contact Acura Roadside Assistance to obtain pre-authorization of claims expenses.

EMERGENCY LOOKOUT SERVICE
In the event your keys are lost, broken or locked in your vehicle, we'll assist in getting you a replacement key or unlocking your vehicle. You're covered up to $100 for emergency lockout service.

EMERGENCY AIRLINE TICKETING ASSISTANCE
If your Acura is disabled we can assist in determining available flights and airfares and arrange to have the tickets delivered to your location.

SPECIAL EMERGENCY SERVICE
We can arrange to notify police of an emergency or make travel arrangements that require special accommodations. We can even deliver emergency cash up to $1000 through any of the nationwide 10,000 Western Union offices. This, of course, is subject to your personal credit card authorization.

SHIPMENT OF PERSONAL REPLACEMENT ITEMS
While traveling in your Acura, we can even arrange to have personal items shipped directly to you. If you need medication, your passport, eyeglasses, travel documents, insurance papers or a driver's license, we'll arrange for rapid delivery.

Acura Concierge Service is provided to all 1995 or newer owners for 4 yrs/50,000 miles.
