Cadillac Evog Appears at the World's Largest One-Day Car Show
The world's largest celebration of car culture, The Woodward Dream Cruise, returns to the Detroit area for a 5th year this Saturday, August 21. Cruising up legendary Woodward Avenue through seven metropolitan Detroit communities, the event stretches over 16 miles.
The Woodward Dream Cruise attracts more than one million people and 15,000 classic, street-worthy cars.
A long-time supporter of the event, GM's presence at this year's cruise will be its largest to date. Over 100 GM concept, heritage and specialty vehicles will be seen at the event, including the Cadillac Evoq and Chevrolet Nomad concept vehicles.

People from all over the world come to celebrate their common love affair with cars.
This year, a group of 58 Australians will make the trip to see the Woodward Dream Cruise,
all members of the Pontiac Car Club of Australia. The Detroit Free Press reported on their
journey this week.
"This will be like a pilgrimage," said David Clee of Wollongong, Australia and
president of the Pontiac Car Club. "We're going to the land where it all began."
Clee owns a 1967 Firebird and a 1980 Trans Am, two of the estimated 2,000 Pontiacs in
Australia.
