Cadillac, Jaguar and Volvo tied for first place in the annual J.D. Power and Associates study of automotive sales satisfaction. The Detroit Free Press reported the results of their recent study. Saturn, which had held the top spot in the survey for five years, tied with BMW and Lexus for the fourth spot.
