Women in Leadership Conference

GM and Cadillac are partnering with Linkage Inc. as a corporate sponsor of Women in Leadership: Valuing Differences-Maximizing Talent.  GM is the exclusive automotive sponsor. "We are excited to be affiliated with this premiere conference which involves nationally recognized women leaders," says Katy Barclay, GM vice president, Global Human Resources. "The conference is very much in line with GM's women's advancement strategies -- a key component of our diversity initiatives."

"Women in Leadership" is an accelerated leadership development program that combines: the collective expertise of world-renowned sponsors, faculty, and partners, all committed to advancing and empowering women leaders; insight from powerful women leaders in Corporate America, sports, government, nonprofits, academia and entrepreneurial initiatives; and other key benefits.

Anna Kretz, vehicle line executive for GM's large car program was selected as the "Corporate Fellow" representing GM at the conference. Corporate fellows will spend a short time sharing the leadership competencies and programs offered by their organizations that have contributed to their development and leadership success.
