ALL-NEW CHEVY TRACKER -- EARLY SALES SUCCESS

Chevy Tracker

The all-new 1999 Chevy Tracker is off to a great start with sales up 18 percent for the calendar year through April versus the '98 period, and -- to make things even better -- Chevy is offering a special $800 incentive for college graduates. Tracker sales for the first four months of the year totaled 7,685, and are trending strongly upward with April sales increasing 29 percent compared with April 1998.

"Tracker's redesign from the ground up is catching on, especially with young people," says Margaret Brooks, Chevy Tracker brand manager. "It provides agile durability, which means agile handling plus the full ladder-type frame that improves ride comfort and makes Tracker formidable in off-road situations."
