The sporty Infiniti G20 returns to the Infiniti lineup in 1999 after a two-year absence. This newest Infiniti is based on the highly successful European version, called the Primera. It combines superb dynamic handling capabilities with exceptional passenger and cargo room, plus a long list of luxury features and amenities. Like every Infiniti, the G20 is supported by the unique program of customer care and support called the Total Ownership Experience..

Highlights of the 1999 Infiniti G20 include:

A totally new body, with a 2.0-inch longer wheelbase, 2.4-inch longer overall length and 0.4 inches taller in height
Cabin-forward design with revised styling featuring a more pronounced wedge shape, higher body sides and higherdeck
New Infiniti-style grille, side sills and jewel-type headlights
A 10 percent increase in body torsional rigidity

Engine and Driveline

Standard 140-horsepower 2.0-liter DOHC 16-valve 4-cylinder engine
Available 4-speed automatic transmission or 5-speed manual transmission
Available viscous limited-slip differential on G20 Touring Model

Suspension, Steering and Braking

4-wheel independent suspension with new Rear Multi-Link Beam- design
4-wheel disc brakes with Anti-lock Braking System (ABS)
New 15-inch aluminum-alloy wheels
Engme-Weed-sensitive power-assisted rack-and-pinion steering

Refined interior with available leather seating surfaces

Low-fatigue Style seats similar to the Infiniti QX4
