The Jeep Journey takes the most capable sport utility ever and then adds extraordinary technological capability and enough storage for the long haul.

This Journey begins with Grand Cherokee’s 4.7L Power Tech V8 engine and Quadra-Drive System for power and off-road prowess. Then it adds off-roading accessories like front and rear winches, tow hooks, skid plates, and all-terrain extended mobility tires (EMT). Up top, a customized roof rack features a wind deflector and integrated front and rear high-intensity spotlights.

Journey’s high-tech features include Magellan® navigation control, a center-console dock for the cellular phone, as well as touch-screen GPS/navigation/weather data system and remote PC with moveable keyboard. A rear storage module contains enough compartments and bins to handle clothing and gear, while other bins contain tools and a first aid kit. A printer/FAX machine and additional storage can be found under Journey's rear-seat center console.

The Journey from Jeep -- a self-sufficient trek vehicle designed for the long haul. Though you won’t find Journey at the dealership, you might see some of its features on future Jeep vehicles.
