MERCEDES-BENZ APPOINT NEW DIRECTOR
OF PASSENGER CARS
Mercedes-Benz (UK) Ltd announced the appointment of a new Director of Passenger Cars.
Mr Dermot Kelly, currently Director of Audi with the Volkswagen Group UK Ltd, has been appointed to the post, replacing Walter Greaves who leaves in July.
Dermot Kelly (45) has spent over 23 years in the motor industry in the UK, in both car and truck markets, with extensive experience of planning, sales, marketing and brand development across a wide sector of the automotive industry.
Mr Paul Halata, Managing Director of Mercedes-Benz UK Ltd, said: "Dermot's appointment will strengthen the passenger car operations at a time when the company is going through a period of change."
