FASHION DESIGNER DRESSES OLDSMOBILE ALERO FOR CONCEPT: CURE

Vivienne Tam expresses her distinctive style by marrying traditional elements with a modern edge. She found designing a car similar to designing a collection, but on a different scale. The proportion and structure, lines, textures and forms in the Alero were very exciting to her and gave her a lot of inspiration.

Designer Vivienne Tam seeks inspiration from her heritage when designing women's apparel. What better vehicle for her to style than the Oldsmobile Alero - an inspired automobile with its sculpted body and distinct lines? She's dressed it in rich, red tones and "good energy dragons." Interior features also include a gearshift in the shape of a dragon's head,embroidered seats and an acoustically tailored Bose ® music system.
